Winnie Chan is originally from Hong Kong and currently based in UK. She graduated from Chelsea College of Art, University of the Arts London with MA Fine Art in 2015. She is a mixed media artist, works with painting and found objects particularly. She sees making art as a way to communicate with others, through messages and expression. Chan’s works are her life experiences, introspection and her personal response to global issues. Including observations and inquiries about mental health and psychology. Exploration of the interconnectedness between our consumption patterns and environment, her bicultural identity and emotional struggles.
